Testing/Assessment Profile

Individualized evaluation services are offered to learn more about your child's cognitive and academic strengths and weaknesses, in addition to his/her emotional and behavioral functioning.
The evaluations are tailored to the needs and abilities of the child. Commonly , parents and teachers refer a child for evaluation because they are seeking to determine whether the child has a learning disability, attenion difficulty, or emotional concerns that are impacting daily functioning.

A psychological evaluation generally consists of 4 separate appointments: an initial interview, 2 testing sessions of 2-3 hours in length, and a feedback session where results and recommendations are discussed in depth.
In many cases private insurance will pay for these services, and a reduced fee can be discussed in if these services are not covered or approved by your child's plan.
